Our principle
Use Araveil to build, learn, and create, not to cause harm. You are responsible for everything you do with the Service and for the content you generate. This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service and works together with the rules of the AI providers your requests are routed to.
What you must not do
You must not use Araveil to do, plan, promote, or help with any of the following.
Illegal & harmful activity
- Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
- Exploit, endanger, or sexualise children in any way, including generating child sexual abuse material.
- Promote terrorism, violent extremism, or serious physical harm to people or animals.
- Develop weapons, explosives, or anything else designed to cause mass harm.
Harm to people
- Harass, bully, threaten, defame, or incite hatred or violence against people for who they are.
- Encourage self-harm, suicide, or disordered eating.
- Generate non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content involving real, identifiable people.
Deception & fraud
- Impersonate a person or organisation, or pass AI-generated content off as human-made in a way that deceives.
- Create scams, phishing, malware, spam, or disinformation, including coordinated influence operations and election interference.
- Produce fake reviews, forged documents, or anything else built to mislead.
Privacy & security
- Collect, expose, or process someone's personal data without a lawful basis, or help with unlawful surveillance.
- Breach, disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer Araveil or its providers, or get around safety systems, rate limits, or access controls.
Infringement & misuse
- Infringe intellectual property, trade secrets, or confidentiality obligations.
- Resell, redistribute, or share access to the Service without our permission.
Using AI responsibly
Some uses are fine only with real care and human oversight. If your work touches these areas, it is on you to meet the rules that apply and to keep a qualified person in the loop.
- High-stakes advice. Legal, medical, financial, or psychological guidance should be checked by a qualified professional, not handed over as if it came from one.
- Consequential decisions. Decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, or education must never be left to AI alone.
- Safety-critical systems. Do not rely on Outputs to run critical infrastructure or anything where failure could cause serious harm.
- Automated content. Tell people clearly when they are dealing with AI, and never present Outputs as guaranteed fact.
Provider rules
Your requests are routed to third-party models such as those from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Perplexity, and ElevenLabs. Their usage policies apply to the content they process for you. By using Araveil you agree not to use it for anything those providers forbid, and we may limit routing to a provider to stay within their rules.
Enforcement
If we think you are breaking this policy, we may issue a warning, limit features, remove content, or suspend or close your account, depending on how serious it is. Serious cases, such as those involving child safety or imminent harm, may be reported to the authorities. Where it is reasonable and lawful, we will explain what we have done.
Reporting abuse
If you come across content or behaviour that breaks this policy, tell us at info@araveil.com. Reports about child safety or an immediate risk to someone's life are treated as urgent.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as risks, technology, and the law change. When we make a meaningful change we will update the date above. If you keep using Araveil after an update, that means you accept the revised policy.
