Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Araveil covering your access to and use of the Araveil website, app, and services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy, and to our Usage Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You need to be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract. If you use Araveil for an organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms on its behalf.
The service
Araveil is an orchestration layer that sends your requests to third-party AI models and returns a response. We do not build the underlying models, so we cannot promise that any single model, feature, or result will always be available. Providers, models, and capabilities change over time, and we may add, adjust, or retire features as we improve the Service.
Your account
- Keep your login details private, and do not share your account.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give us accurate registration details, and keep them up to date.
- Tell us at info@araveil.com as soon as you suspect anyone is using your account without permission.
Plans & billing
Araveil has a Free tier and paid Pro and Premium plans. Paid plans are billed in advance in GBP through our payment processor, and they renew on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel any time before renewal from your account settings.
- Cancellation. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give pro-rata refunds for part of a period unless the law requires it.
- Your statutory rights. Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under UK consumer law.
- Price changes. We will give you reasonable notice before your plan price changes, and you can cancel if you would rather not accept it.
Acceptable use
Your use of Araveil must follow our Usage Policy, which rules out illegal, harmful, and abusive activity. You also need to respect the terms of the model providers your requests are routed to. Breaking the Usage Policy is a breach of these Terms.
Your content & intellectual property
You keep whatever rights you already have in the content you submit (your "Inputs") and, as far as the relevant model provider allows, in the responses generated for you (your "Outputs"). You give Araveil a limited licence to process your Inputs and Outputs purely to run and improve the Service, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for your Inputs and for how you use your Outputs. You must hold the rights needed to submit your Inputs, and you must not use the Service in a way that infringes anyone else's rights.
AI outputs
AI-generated content can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and it is not professional advice. Always check anything important and use your own judgement before you rely on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, or safety matters.
Similar Outputs may be generated for other people, and Outputs come without any warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
Our intellectual property
The Araveil name, logo, software, Decision Engine, design, and everything related to them belong to Araveil or its licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to use our brand or technology beyond what you need to use the Service. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or build derivative works from the Service without our written permission.
Suspension & termination
You can stop using Araveil and close your account whenever you want. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or the Usage Policy, if the law requires it, or to protect the Service or other users. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will give you notice. When your access ends, so does your right to use the Service, but the parts that are meant to last, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability, still apply.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any model or Output will meet your needs. None of this removes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law says we cannot limit, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, Araveil is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £100.
If you are a consumer, you keep all your statutory rights under UK consumer law, and these Terms do not affect them.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you can also bring a claim in the courts of the UK nation where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Service grows or the law changes. When we make a meaningful change we will update the date above and, where it matters, let you know. If you keep using Araveil after an update, that means you accept the revised Terms.
